Frequently asked questions

Whose prices are used?

Yours. You start from a default price book and change every item to match your own costs. There are no fixed prices in the platform.

What does the bill of materials cover?

For every structure type: a member-by-member parts list, plate list, bolt-nut-washer and anchor list, cutting plan and connection details. Lists download as Excel and PDF, drawings as DXF. Factory, stair, steel roof, bungalow, fire escape, car park and villa projects also get an erection document (PDF).

How are foreign-currency items converted?

Each price book item can have its own currency. The quote is converted to your company currency at the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye selling rate, and the rate of the quote date is locked into the quote.

Does it replace structural design?

No. Sections and connections are selected by preliminary sizing and pre-checks; the purpose is quoting and fabrication preparation. Detailed design and structural calculations must be done separately, and sections must be verified against the structural design before fabrication.

Can I change a quote I have sent?

A sent quote is locked; changes are made with “revise” as a new revision under the same number. Earlier revisions and notes are kept.

Who in my team can use it?

Everyone you invite, with owner, admin, estimator and viewer roles. The number of users depends on your plan.
